You did it!
2020 is (almost) OVER. Here comes the big question: Whose words helped you sprint across the finish line?
In January, we’re continuing our tradition and publishing a seventh edition of the 100 Best Websites for Writers in 2021 — but we can’t do it without your worthy feedback.
Whether you visit them to learn about freelance writing, self-publishing or writing tools, we want you to nominate the websites for writers that have earned space on your bookmarks bar.
Which sites do you turn to religiously for guidance about craftsmanship or freelancing? Whose blog do you trust the most when it comes to brand building or editing?
Because we’re dedicated to giving our readers the best tools and resources to empower you as writers, we only choose websites that educate and inspire writers across all genres.
Tell us: What website should every writer know about? Share your favorites with us in the comments!
We’re excited to see who you nominate.
Stay tuned for the final list in January!
The Write Life, of course.

I’ve learned a lot at Alessandra Torre Inkers FB page.
Alessandra Torre Ink has been a wealth of information that I couldn’t have published without. She knows her stuff and is very helpful. I recommend her to anyone considering a career in writing or publishing.
KM Weiland’s HelpingWritersBecomeAuthors can’t be beaten for practical and heartfelt advice.

I’ve learned so much from her.
Alessandra Torre Ink is an awesome site. Learned so much from it, even stuff I never knew I should know!
Carol Tice https://makealivingwriting.com
My go-to for almost everything freelance writing!
Alessandra Torres Ink has been an amazing resource. I walked in the virtual door for hers seminar and stayed for the desperately needed, close-knit group. Resources appear unlimited. I’ve yet to pose a question that hasn’t immediately been addressed with experience based suggestions. In this COVID-19 induced writer vacuum, where we can’t gather with those in our craft, I’ve found her invaluable.
I love and rely on these sites:
Inner Circle Writers Group — https://www.facebook.com/groups/innercirclewritersgroup
Ask a Book Editor — https://www.facebook.com/groups/1754530731241951
Jane Friedman’s blog — https://www.janefriedman.com/blog/
Fiction Writing FB Group — https://www.facebook.com/groups/FictionWritingOriginal
Without a doubt – Authors A.I.! It helps ensure my fiction manuscript stays on target, in terms of pacing, narrative arc, action, etc. while streamlining the editorial process.
AutoCrit for sure! They benchmark your work against best-sellers, and clearly show you areas for potential improvement.
